Hi all,

Recently, it was discussed that 3 documents for Naturalization were filed
at the County Court level: 1. declaration of intention; 2. an oath;
3. an afadavit from someone who knew the appellant

Where, were Final Papers filed? That is, the granting of citizenship.

It is my understanding, that a person could file their Declaration of
Intent in one County, and then file their Final Papers anywhere else, in
any other County.

Any help or clarification of the Naturalization process, is greatly
appreciated. Thanks. Mary Swanson swans060@gold.tc.umn.edu
