It depends on the date you are looking for. Before September 1905 the
citizenship papers will be in the County Court, usually the Court of Common
Pleas. September 1905 was the date that the US Immigration and Naturalization
Service was begun. So the Citizenship papers after 1905 will be filed at the
INS in Washington, DC.
