1880 census for defectives

Thu, 31 Oct 1996 19:48:49 -0500

The 1880 census has a series of supplemental schedules describing the
background of the following classes: insane, idiots, deaf, blind, homeless
children, prisoners, paupers and indigent.

We are interested in getting a look at these schedules for Lewis County, WA.
Gabriel Jones was living in Winlock (Lewis), WA and listed as a pauper on
the regular 1880 census. Does anybody have an idea where I can access the
supplemental schedules.

Any help will be appreciated.
