I am looking for info on desc. of Joseph Loucks, b 1754. He was a Rev.
Soldier who removed to Ellicott in Chatauqua Co. NY in 1814 from Madison
Co. NY. I am wondering if the Cynthia Locks who married George Nicholson
of Erie Co. PA and the J.R. Locks who was in Erie Co. PA for the 1850
census are his grandchildren.
Cynthia Locks was born 1795 in NY or PA or Mass. Although she was the
right age to be his dau, she is not on the list of children I have to
Joseph.
J.R. is another story - He was born in 1812 in NY so is probably not his
son, unless he had more than 1 family.
