RE: ? re:1855/1865 NY census Plattsburgh, Clinton Co.

It's my understanding that the Clinton co. censuses for 1855 and 1865 do not
exist because they were destroyed in a courthouse flood many years ago. If
that's not correct, I hope someone posts the census location to the NY.
