I have a possible suggestion. How about having your information stored
with a historical society in Washington County or even with a library in
that county? Seems like a good place. Further, I have heard of
historical societies that have formed family associations within the
historical society and thus maintain libraries for those family
associations (one I belong to is in New Paltz, NY, called the Schoonmaker
Family Association - part of the Hueguenot Historical Society). Maybe
something similar to that could be established in Washington County for
your family.
