Hosford and Moore <New York State>

I am looking for any and all information on HOSFORD and MOORE families. I
have no information on either family past my grandparents Edward Allen
Hosford and Frances Theresa Moore (Hosford). I do have a book on Hosford
that my grandfather (deceased) claims his grandfather and great uncle are
in but I have yet to find them, however there is a lot of Hosford
information.

Hosford's came from Ireland and Moore's came from Barbados (this I don't
understand, her dad's family could have been from Ireland and moved to
Barbados at some point, all I know is her dad came from Barbados, but she
is "Irish".
