Try http://www.contractjobs.com/tel/ for directories around the world. Some
are rather difficult to use. I haven't tried the ones you asked about.

As an aside, one of the more interesting features of Switchboard is that it
includes data from more than phone books. I don't know where it gets the other
information, but it has a number of people whose phones are listed, but under
another name. I have not found unlisted numbers in there. It will also have
full names for some listings which only have initials in the phone book.

In other words, this free source has material you can't get in directories you
have to pay for, e.g. the Pro CD phone database.
