Does anyone have any histories for Dutchess County, NY or Rensselaer
County, NY or Troy, NY (previously named Lansingburg) or Adams, Mass or
Hoosick, NY?

Am searching for marriages of my PAGE people in these areas. I have a
few "lost wives" - one to Timothy PAGE, who was born in New Fairfield,
CT and removed to Pownal, VT, then to Shoreham, VT, where he was the
physician in Shoreham. Previous to Pownal, he "was of Lansingburg" (now
known as Troy, NY). Dr. Timothy PAGE married, probably either in New
York or Pownal, NY, as he started having a family shortly after becoming
a Pownal citizen. I cannot find a marriage record for Timothy PAGE. Any
and all help greatly appreciated.

Timothy had a brother, David Page who shares the same problem. David's
wife's given name was Eunice. David was also born in New Fairfield, CT
abt 1747 and removed to Pownal, VT, where he started having a family
with Eunice in 1772. Previous to Pownal, David was in Adams, Mass for a
short while. Is this where he found and married his Eunice?

David's first born, Thomas Virgil Page, took as his first wife, a
Barbery. Again, I cannot find any marriage record for Thomas (known as
Virgil in Pownal Town Records) to a Barbara/Barbery. Virgil and Barbery
had their first born in Pownal in 1795.

Dutchess County, NY and the Hoosick area of Rensselaer Co, NY are likely
suspects for any or all of the above wives and marriages.

I would appreciate anyone who could help me with marriages for my
ancestors and wives' maiden names. I thank you all in advance.
