What IS THIS PLACE

Hi all,
I am trying to find out what this place is and where it was located in
NYS. It is probably from the time era of the 1930's-1940's. It was
called ARLINGTON
LIVINGSTON MANOR or possibly ARLINGTON LIVINGSTON IN MANOR NY. Is there
a possibility that this was a nursing home or something on that line
that cared for sick people? I would appreciate any help on this. This
is written on the back of a buisness card in my father's handwriting.
We are trying to find out when our grandmother died and where, so this
might be a clue to a nursing home. Also I would like to know if anyone
knows where I might find information on the UTICA STATE HOSPITAL. I
would like to see if I can find records of my grandmother to see if she
was a patient there between 1936 and 1943. Her name was ANNA E. WEIDAW,
but sometimes spelled it WIEDAU. She was last known to be alive in Feb
22, 1936 in Philadelphia, but in a letter from one of her daughters it
said that she was sickly. It was also said that there was a possiblility
that she was to be put in UTICA STATE HOSPITAL, but another sister didn't
want that. So, I wonder if this Arlington Livingston Manor could have
been the alternative.
I hope someone out there can help with these places.
Thanks so much.
