I've been trying to access the SSDi through Ancestry's site for several
days.
I can get all the way to clicking on the "Click here to view results
map"(BTW the graphic doesn't appear, just that symbol to tell you there
is a graphic), but then the
following message appears:
siteDirector(TM) ISA DLL v3.1 (r121896): 5020-2; could not connect to
pipe.
Can anyone explain what this means? Has anyone else gotten a similar
message? Thanks.
