It appears that Merryann is subscribed twice -- mapalmer@cris.com and
mapalmer@concentric.net. A while ago cris.com changed over to
concentric.net and didn't seem to tell their customers what affect it
may have on them.
I'll manually remove mapalmer@cris.com
