Just to be clear -- this mailing list, GEN-NYS-L, is completely
unrelated to the lists on "MAISER".
The mailing list software used on rootsweb.com has rock-solid
performance and is also used to support the ROOTS-L list with 7000+
subscribers.
That said, it is not unusual for people to post messages to both
GEN-NYS-L and lists on "MAISER". So those of you seeing multiple
messages may be getting them from "MAISER"'s lists. However I've seen
reports that the problem may be with worldnet.att.net's mail server.
