Work is an interesting concept. I hadn't thought of that. I thought that it
was probably to not fight in the Revolution, shame on me. I know that the
population was growing beyond maintenance stage, but that didn't stop them
for long...

I'll check about the Fullers. My NY roots are kind of in need of fertilizer.
Do have Marcys, Lawtons, Holmes, Smith (who doesn't), Hitchcock, Hurlbut,
Dally, Winslow...

Also am building an index of Johnsons (mine and anyone else's that care to
contribute). I started out by using a database (use family tree for formal,
proven) to organize stray Johnsons, then decided to organize all that came my
way.

Do you have any Johnsons? I let you know if it is a "go fish" on the
Fullers. I'll check the index, too.
