I just found out my great grandfather deserted my great grandmother and
their 3 children. My great grandmother, who was good Catholic, remarried.
So my questions:
What were the grounds for annulment and divorce in 1904 in NYS?
Did you need to a civil devorce besides the annulment?
Are any of these records obtainable?
