The complete address to look up anything about the Fonda or other family from
Montgomery County is: Montgomery County Dept. of History Archives, Old
Courthouse, P.O. Box 1500, Fonda, NY 12068-1500.
They will bill you after the search which could take from 4 to 6 weeks. I
know this to be a fact because I have written to them about my family and am
still waiting for the results.
