First of all Westchester was NOT in New York City in 1851. Westchester
[Town of Westchester] was not annexed to NYC until 1895.
Secondly, NYC marriages are available thru' the LDS on microfilm. I'll go
to the LDS Family History center and check there.
NYS marriage records, except for some for a few cities, do not start until
1881.
Try a newspaper or if you know the church try a marriage register from the
church.
I think you may be looking for something which doesn't exist ... i. e. a
marriage license from 1851.
