I wouldn't invest in translation software for a limited number of
papers. There are a variety of people around that you can ask - use
your creativitity - call local Lutheran Church, nearby college, nearby
high school, local library, nursing home.
I had some very old German papers that gave me problems translating. A
local German Lutheran Minister translated some (it had latin mixed in
with it). Another paper, a man with a masters in the german language
had problems with - turns out it was written in old german script. I
finally found a very old woman that was able to read it for me - and she
was thrilled to be able to help and do something for someone no one else
could.
