Wayne Co. - Surrogate Court

I've found some info in the Wayne County Surrogate Courts index. Now I
need clarification on where to go from here. Are these records I can
get through my FHC - or do I need to write to the court directly?

What I had:

Wayne County Index to Surrogate Court Records Vol. 2 1904-1925

What info I found:

Glossender, Ella R. Box B1761
Ryan, Mary Box B435
Ryan, Thomas H. Box B1892 & C303
