Stella, It's simple to use "telnet" once you know how :-)! At your
server's prompt, type "telnet" and hit "enter" (don't use the quotation
marks). The new prompt will be "telnet>". Then say "open [destination]"
where "destination" is the server you want to access. Many servers are
passworded, and you can only get in if you have a password to use the
place you"ve gone to. "Telnet" simply means "go to another server
electronically". I also use a Mac, and it works fine. Dorothy
