I have a letter from 1934 (copy from National Archives, Textual Reference
Branch) which describes where to write for specific information about the
exact location of the property granted. The section reads as follows:
" For information in regard to the location of the land granted Robert
Sixbury, you should write to the Commissioner of the General Land Office,
Interior Department, this city, citing the following data: Bounty Land
Warrant 7842-40-50 and Warrant 17765-1220-55."
