I thank you so much for your help. I have been searching over 10 years for
information on my Livingston family, I have just recently found the parents
of my Sally Livingston Hopkins, buried just a few feet from her, in the same
cemetery. I didn't just discover the site, I just discovered they were her
parents. That was due to some very kind person on the internet, who put me in
contact with another person, who has been very helpful in my research. I
couldn't have gotten this far without all the help I have received.
My Livingston family is: James and Susannah Jackson Livingston, who resided
in the town of Edmeston, Otsego Co. NY, 1818-1832, and removed to
Cincinnatus, Cortland Co. NY, where they are buried. James was b. ca. 1770,
prob. in Columbia Co. NY,Susannah, b. ca. 1780, unknown, where or her
parents. They had Sally, Abel, John, Lovina, Samuel, who are also buried in
Cincinnatus, and probably others.
Through the internet, I have met other Livingston descendants of the same
line, it is getting to be a very large family. We should have our own
LIVINGSTON WEB SITE.
