I know how you feel Doryl, I am in the same boat. I am beginning
to think that there is another unknown Winslow family that came
over secretly at night, in the fog, etc.....
I am looking for the ancestors of Edward Winslow born 21 Jan 1722
died 16 Aug 1804 ?where? married Abigail ?who?. Had son John
Winslow born 24 Sep 1764 Dartmouth, MA died 28 Jul 1848 married
Amy ?who? Was a Quaker. Had seven children including Hannah
born 11 Nov 1794 in Scipio, Cayuga Co., NY married Nicholas Shearman.
You would think it would be easy to find his parents wouldn't you but
believe me it is beginning to look impossible. My info came from the
History of Cayuga County, New York. So add my Edward to the list
of Winslow hatchlings.
