Today I search the IGI for any clues and found four Elizabeth DECKERs who
were born in NY at an appropriate time to marry Andreas WHEELER. If anyone
knows anything about any of the four, ie. whom she married, I would like to
know so I can eliminate the Elizabeth or pursue the search about her.
Obviously, if someone knows who "my" Elizabeth DECKER is, I would very much
like to hear.
1) Elisabeth DECKER, christened 17 May 1761, Reformed Church, Gallatin,
Columbia Co, NY, dau of Broer DECKER and Sara LIVINGSTON.
2) Elizabeth DEKKER, christened 18 Jan 1760, Kingston, Ulster, NY, dau of
Johannes DEKKER and Debora Van VLIET.
3) Elizabeth DECKER, christened 18 Jan 1760 (yes, the IGI had two of them
christened on the same date), Reformed Dutch Ch, Shawangunt, Ulster, NY, dau
of Jonathan DECKER and Catrin Terwilliger.
4) Elizabeth DEKKER, christened 22 Oct 1762, Dutch Reformed Church,
Montgomery, Orange, NY, dau of Jacob DEKKER and EVE BUCHSTABER.
