I am searching for information on the John Moore Family. I have traced
them to Sangamon County, Illinois. John MOORE married Altha COLE. There
children were as follows: James MOORE, born 1816, William MOORE, 1818,
Mary MOORE, 1819, Morrison MOORE, 1823, Myron MOORE, 1824, John
MOORE, 1826, Harriet MOORE, 1827, Samuel MOORE, 1829, Elizabeth
MOORE, 1830, Surveitus MOORE, 1832, (my great great grandfather)
Orrin MOORE, 1834 & Ismania MOORE 1835.
Surveitus came to Windsor Township, Michigan, I am interested in finding
out about the rest of his brothers and sisters and what happened to
them. Can anyone out there help me.
