I'm searching for information on my gggrandmother, Elizabeth Caroline
MOORE, born Nov 7, 1827, in Georgia. She married John Thompson
WHISENANT, Dec 10, 1844, in Habersham Co., Georgia. The John T
Whisenants left Georgia and came to Texas, first, then to Colorado to
work in the mines to make money to buy land in Texas. They returned to
Driftwood, Hays Co., TX, in 1884. Elizabeth Caroline MOORE died March
12, 1901, and is buried in the Driftwood Cemetery.

Any information regarding these individuals would be greatly
appreciated.
