According to the information I have gathered so far, Peter Moore (or Mohr)
lived in a Virginia area called Falling Springs in 1805 when his daughter
Rebecca married Adam Patterson. Adam Patterson was a resident of Augusta
County, Virginia. Rebecca was Adam's second wife.
Adam and Rebecca left Virginia in 1810 and moved to Licking County, Ohio.
My gg grandmother, also named Rebecca, was born to them in 1816. Rebecca
Moore Patterson died in Burlington Township, Licking County, Ohio shortly
after the 1820 US census.
Is anyone else researching this Moore family?
