“St. James United Church, Antigonish, N.S., formerly the Presbyterian Church, celebrated its 175th Anniversery as a congregation in 1979.”

“An acre of land deeded to the congregation by the first minister, the Reverend James Munro, in 1805, was to be used for a church, a school, and a burial. This old cemetery was used until approximately 1870, when a new location was acquired.”
