| MARTIN, Olive Mary - 68, Head of Jeddore, Halifax County, formerly of DeBaie's Cove, Halifax County, died May 29, 1993, in the home of her daughter, Joanne. Born in DeBaie's Cove, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Bessie (MacLaughlin) DeBaie. She is survived by two daughters, Joanne Calvert, Head of Jeddore; Mrs. Elaine Legault, Dartmouth; three grandchildren; seven brothers, David, Arnold, Derrel, Herbert, Norman, Peter, all of DeBaie's Cove; Ronald, Pondsville, Cape Breton; three sisters, Carol (Mrs. Avery Young), West Petpeswick; Frances (Mrs. Philip Melanson), Beulah (Mrs. Donald Demore), both of Windsor, Ont. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Nicholas; three sisters, Helen, Leta, Patsy; two infant brothers. Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in Rowlings Funeral Home, Musquodoboit Harbour, where prayers will be 8 p.m. tonight. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Phillip's Neri, Musquodoboit Harbour, Rev. Mura officiating. Burial to follow in St. Anne's Cemetery, DeBaie's Cove. Donations may be made to St. Anne's Cemetery Fund. | |
