| DeBAIE, Harold Alvin - 62, Jackson Road, Dartmouth, died March 15, 1995, in Dartmouth General Hospital. Born at DeBaies Cove, Halifax Co., he was a son of the late Paul and Minnie (Cordeau) DeBaie. He was a former employee of the Dartmouth Marine Slips. Surviving are a son, Peter, Dartmouth; daughters, Debbie Henderson, Calgary, Alta.; Mary Anne (Mrs. Brian Anthony), Gaetz Brook, Halifax Co.; brother, Melvin, Scarborough, Ont.; sisters, Mildred (Mrs. Don Clark), Helena (Mrs. Robert Berends), Josephine (Mrs. John Findlay), Dartmouth; Pauline (Mrs. Byron Hutt), Owls Head, Halifax, Co. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Dorothy Findlay. Cremation has taken place under the direction of J. Albert Walker and Sons Funeral Home, Dartmouth. Memorial prayer service 11 a.m. Monday in St. Phillip's Roman Catholic Church, Musquodoboit Harbour, Rev. Richard* Mura officiating, asssited by Rev. Carson Baxter. Burial to follow in St. Anne's Cemetery, DeBaies Cove. In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian Cancer Society. | |
