| DeBAIE, Laura Rose - 80, DeBaies Cove, Halifax County, died April 4, 1994, in Twin Oaks Memorial Hospital, Musquodoboit Harbour. Born in Minesville, Halifax County, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Agnes (Bellfountaine) Murphy. She was a member of St. Dennis Parish, East Ship Harbour. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by two daughters, Doris (Mrs. Nicholas MacGraw), Dartmouth; Lillian (Mrs. Bert Godding), DeBaies Cove; two sons, Alfred, DeBaies Cove; Earl, Owls Head Harbour; 16 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Leroy Patrick; son, Donald; grandson, Kevin. Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in Rowling's Funeral Home, Musquodoboit Harbour. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Phillip's Roman Catholic Church, Musquodoboit Harbour, Rev. Raymond Mura officiating. Burial will be in St. Anne's Cemetery, DeBaies Cove. Donations may be made to the Twin Oaks Memorial Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society. | |
