HEBB, Mrs. Rene - 71, of Currys Corner died Wednesday at home. Born in New Ross, she was a daughter of the late William and Nora (Jollimore) Keddy. She was a retired school teacher and a member of Christ Anglican Church. Surviving besides her husband, Carl, are five daughters, Sylvia (Mrs. Donald McCann), Halifax; Gloria (Mrs. Michael Fogarty), Windsor; Sharon (Mrs. Barrie Salter), Canning; Marilyn (Mrs. James Pemberton), Thelma, and Marion, New Minas; a son, Buddy, Windsor Forks; a brother, William, New Ross; 13 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. She was predeceased by three brothers and three sisters. The body is in Lohnes' Funeral Home, Windsor. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Christ Anglican Church, Rev. E. E. Hill officiating, with burial in Maplewood Cemetery, Windsor.

SWINAMER, Dorothy Mae - 66, of Three Mile Plains, Hants county, died Saturday in the Hants Community Hospital, Windsor. Born in Three Mile Plains, she was the former Dorothy Mae Wile, a daughter of the late Edmund and Alice (Whitehead) Wile. She was a member of the Windsor Gliders' Club. Surviving besides her husband James (Jim), are one daughter, Shirley, (Mrs. Pirie Berggren), Lower Sackville; two sons, Arnold, Tonge Hill, and Victor, Falmouth; four sisters, Evelyn (Mrs. Clarence McCarthy) and Beatrice (Mrs. Frank Caldwell), both of Three Mile Plains; Ruby (Mrs. Harry Dykens), Windsor; and Georgie (Mrs. Raymond Crowell), Ontario; three brothers, Rufus, Percy and Frank, all of Three Mile Plains; nine grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. She was predeceased by one daughter and three sons. The body is in R. D. Lindsay's Funeral Home, Windsor, where funeral service will be 2 p.m. today, Rev. Hedley Hopkins and Rev. John Bartol officiating, with burial in St. Croix Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hants Community Hospital or to the Canadian Cancer Society.

HOOD, William Henry (Bill) - 86, Windsor, died Sunday in Hants Community Hospital here. Born in Gypsum Mines, Hants County, he was a son of Samuel and Caroline (Shearer) Hood. He was retired from the Halifax shipyards and Halifax's City Field. Surviving are his wife, the former Frances Shiers; five daughters, Mildred (Mrs. Hugh McReynolds), Fort Erie, Ont.; Elizabeth (Mrs. John Dormuth, Winnipeg; Ruby (Mrs. George Munroe), Sydney; Mary (Mrs. John Duchak), Chilliwack, B.C., and Joan (Mrs. Ralph White), Port Lambton, Ont.; three sons, William, West Lawrencetown; Alan, Centre Burlington and Victor, Thamesville, Ont.; 22 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family and was predeceased by four brothers, Gerald, Harry, Clyde and James; nine sisters, Mrs. Annie Cochrane, Mrs. Gertie Rose, Mrs. Emma Garland, Mrs. Albert Caldwell, Mrs. Jessie Lowthers, Mrs. Minnie McClare, Mrs. Lena Crowell, Bertha and Dorothy.
