RAFUSE, Anne Elizabeth - 27, Upper Rawdon, Hants County, died Thursday in the Blanchard Fraser Memorial Hospital, Kentville. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of James and Elsie (Roulston) Bond. She lived most of her life in Upper Rawdon, moving to Kentville three years ago. She was a member of the Rawdon 2-Way 4-H Club. She worked at nursing homes in Beaverbank, Windsor and Alberta. She is survived by her husband Gregory; two sons, Tommy and David, both of Upper Rawdon; a brother Peter, BC. She was predeceased by her paternal Grand-parents, Harry and Muriel Bond. The body is in Withrow-McMillan Funeral Home, Upper Nine Mile River. Visiting from 2-4 and 7-9 PM today, where funeral will be 2 PM Saturday, Rev. Ron Dempsey officiating. Burial will be in Upper Rawdon Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

SANFORD, Maisie Janet Reynolds - 76, Falmouth, Hants County, died Friday in Victoria General Hospital, Halifax. Born in Cogmagun, Hants County, she was a daughter of the late Oscar and Rose (Sanford) Sanford. She was a member of Falmouth Baptist Church. She was formerly employed in the office of Ralph and Arthur Parsons Construction Company. She is survived by three sons, Harold Reynolds, Oris Reynolds, both of Falmouth; Wayne Reynolds, Three Mile Plains; a sister, Myrtle (Mrs. Harry Lawlor), Cap Pele, N.b.; three brothers, Brenton, Moncton, N.B.; Albert, Dartmouth; Donald, Windsor; six grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Curtis W. Sanford; a sister, Stella Sanderson; a brother, Clifford. The body is in Lindsay's Windsor Funeral Home. Funeral will be held 2 p.m. today in Falmouth Baptist Church, Rev. Donald McClare and Rev. Waldo Elliott officiating. Burial in Center Falmouth Cemetery.

HUNTER, Lillian Pearl - 101, Windsor, formerly of St. Croix, died Saturday in Windsor Elms. Born in Mount Uniacke, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Florence (Nicholson) Hill. She was a member of St. Croix United Church and the UCW. She was postmistress of St. Croix Post Office for 34 years, retiring in 1959. For 52 years, she was ticket agent for Acadian Bus Lines in St. Croix. She is survived by two daughters, Marion (Mrs. Earl Blackburn), Middle Musquodoboit; Mildred, St. Croix; a son, Raymond, Halifax; a sister, Violet (Mrs. John Cole), Dykeland Lodge, Windsor; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; four great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles David Hunter; a son, Reginald; three sisters, Daisy, Alcorn, Hilda Lively, May Marsh; a brother, Reginald. The body is in Lindsay's Windsor Funeral Home, visiting 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, St. Croix United Church, Rev. Jim Russell officiating. Burial in St. Croix Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations may be made to Windsor Elms or St. Croix United Church.

MacCULLOCH, Vincent K. - Halifax, died Sunday at home. Born in Kennetcook, Hants County, he was a son of the late Everett and Emma (Akerman) MacCulloch. He was a retired vice president of MacCulloch and Company Ltd., where he worked for 50 years. Active in business and community circles, he was past Vice Commodore of Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron where, he was awarded a life membership in 1989. He was a member of the Kinsman Club and was active in Scouts Canada. He was a senior elder at Presbyterian Church of St. David. He is survived by his wife, the former Jean Cudmore; two sons, Ross, Peter; two stepdaughters, Sharon Korosi, Cathy Cudmore; a sister, Bette Easton; a brother, Wally. He was predeceased by his first wife, the former Elinor C. Irving; two sisters, Rae Anderson, Lauretta Silk; a brother, Charles, a half-brother, John O'Reilly. The body is at the family residence, visiting after 4 p.m. Tuesday. A memorial service will be at Presbyterian Church of St. David, Grafton St., 11 a.m. Wednesday. Family flowers only. Donations may be made to St. David's Church Building Fund or any charity. Burial will be 2:30 p.m. at Bethel Cemetery, Scotsburn.
