To Subscribe in List mode:
(You will receive the messages one at a time.)
To Subscribe in Digest mode:
(You will recieve all the messages in one Email once or twice a day.)
Enter the word subscribe in the body of the message, and be sure to turn off any signatures and/or tag lines.
If you should wish to unsubscribe at any time you can return here and use the same address, but enter the word unsubscribe.
If you should wish to change over from one mode to the other, unsubscribe from the mode you are on and then re-subscribe in the other mode.
ATTENTION AOL USERS - Please make sure your email preferences are set to accept mail from the mailing list. Many AOL-ers have their email blocked to only accept email from designated addresses. You will need to place the list address on your list or all messages will bounce causing your address to be unsubscribed.
