(Searl) Clapp, their granddaughter Vernie "Bea" Crabb (b. 1899), I believe the lady holding the baby is Daisy (Clapp) Searl but I don't know who the baby is, the lady next to her I believe is Cecile Clapp. I don't know who the children are, but the little boys may be Daisy's boys Henry (b. 1900) and Francis (b. 1904) Searle. The picture is probably taken at the Clapp family residence on Church Street in Cuba.
