Be it Remembered, That heretofore, to wit on the __?__ day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty six Genett Luce the widow and Executrix named in the Last Will and Testament of Warren Luce late of the town of Lisle in the County of Broome deceased, appeared in open Court before the Surrogate of the County of Broome, and made application to have the said Last Will and Testament ______?______which relates to both Real and Personal Estate, proved and on such application the said Surrogate did ascertain by satisfactory evidence who were the ___?___ all the heirs at law and next of kin of the said testator and their respective residences _______?_______ and said Surrogate did thereupon issue a Citation in due form of law, directed to the said ____?____ heirs at law, next of kin of said deceased decedent, by their respective names ____?____ requiring them to appear before said Surrogate at his office in the Court House in the City of Binghamton in said County on the 18th day of June 1886, to attend the Probate of said Will.
And afterwards to wit: on the 18th day of June A.D.1886 satisfactory proof in the manner prescribed by law for proof of service of a summons issued out of the Supreme Court, was produced and presented to said Surrogate of the due service of said Citation, in the mode prescribed by law, and on that day said Genett Luce the executrix named in said Will having appeared by Dwight (Ballard ?) Esq. her att’y in support of proof of said will and Loretta Ogden next of kin of said decedent having appeared by James Squires Esq. her att’y and filed objections to the probate of said will, the Surrogate took the testimony of the objecting witness to said will and said matter was duly adjourned to the 2nd day of July 1886 and on that day said Loretta Ogden having failed to appear and said executrix by __?__ Lewis Esq. her att’y having appeared in support of the probate of said will (and ?) one appearing to oppose the probate of such Will __?__ such proceedings were thereupon had in said Court afterwards, that the Surrogate having taken the proofs of said Will ____?____hereinafter set forth upon the 18th day of June A.D. 1886 and he therefore on the 2nd day of July 1886 adjudged the said Will to be a valid Will of Real and Personal Estate and the Proofs thereof to be sufficient which said Last Will and Testament and proofs are as follows, that is to say:
I, Warren Luce of the town of Lisle County of Broome and State of New York being of sound mind and memory do make ordain publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say:
First. After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give devise and bequeath to my wife Genett Luce of the town of Lisle aforesaid all my property real and personal and all the property of which I shall die possessed & in which I may have any right, title or interest at the time of my
(decease ?) of whatever (manner ?) or description such property may be ___?___ ___?___ ___?___ ___?___ and appoint my said wife Genett Luce to be (executrix ?) of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former (wills by me made ?) whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and fixed my (seal ?) (on this the ?) thirteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and seventy five.
