Placed on the grave of Abel, is a tall monument to Abel JOLLS, son of
Garner and Clarissa Stevens JOLLS.
Near this monument is a very large rose colored granite boulder,
imbedded in this boulder is a bronze marker that reads
"This boulder was a cornerstone used in the first frame building in
this
locality by Abel JOLLS, who settled here in 1817."
On the front side of this boulder is another bronze marker,
states only
