Tobias Cemetery, Town of Springport Date: 4/19/98 8:37:37 PM Eastern Daylight Time From: nance@dreamscape.com (Nancy Ward) Just a small update to the above mentioned cemetery. I
was out there exploring it this afternoon with some of my cousins, David
Schenck, owner of the land, and Donald Schenck. All of us are descendants
of the Tobias family buried there. Although most of the stones are
missing from there (only the Tobias and Thatcher ones are still there- no
Blake or Baker), there is definite evidence that approximately 30 more
graves exist at this site. I thought that you might add that fact to your
site so that others might know that there are other graves. Nancy Ward Auburn, NY
