| CASCADE FARM is another fine farm
of one hundred and twenty-five acres, on lot 114, owned by Hicks
Anthony. Postoffice, Union Springs, New York, R. F. D., on the Great
Gully road, situated partly in Ledyard and partly in the town of Springport,
within five miles of Aurora, three miles of Union Springs and fourteen miles
of Auburn. It is well adapted to the raising of grain and stock of all kinds.
There are fifty acres of timber. The water supply is from a living spring
and Gully Creek. The previous owner was John Hicks. |
