| H. DILL HOMESTEAD, located on
the Lake road from Ithaca to Auburn, and within three miles of Aurora and
twelve of Auburn, numbers one hundred and twenty-five acres, owned by J.
S. Dill. Postoffice address Union Springs, R. F. D. Its specialty is
the raising of stock, hay & grain. There is also an apple orchard and
small fruits abound in great variety. The buildings are in good repair and
the water and timber supply are ample for the farm's needs. J. S. Dill
is also owner of "Fort Hill," a farm comprising one hundred and twenty-five
acres with a good brick house well located, overlooking Cayuga Lake. Springs,
creeks and wells furnish an abundance of pure water. |
