| HOXIE HOMESTEAD, located on the State Road from Aurora to Moravia, contains one hundred and eighty acres, owned by C. T. Hoxie. Postoffice, Poplar Ridge. This farm supports various kinds of stack, a dairy being its principal feature. An ample water supply from wells at the house and barn and a creek gives water for the stock. There are twenty acres of hardwood timber. There is a fine apple orchard, and small fruits abound in great variety. The farm is well situated, having an eastern exposure. The buildings are all in good repair. This property has changed hands many times, Mr. Hoxie having nine different deeds. | |||
