| SUNNYSIDE is owned by Henry
H. Mosher, Postoffice address Poplar Ridge, located in the village of
Poplar Ridge, and is devoted to milling; a saw and grist mill was formerly
owned by Mr. Shaw, from whom Mr. Mosher purchased in 1863, and to
whom all the fine improvements are due. He was born in 1840 in Cayuga County,
and in 1863 married Miss Marian S. Carpenter. Their family consists
of one son who is married and resides in Maple Cottage, near his parents'
residence. This is one of the fine homes of Venice and is noted for its shrubbery
and shade trees. |
