RESOLVED that the Commissioners of Highways are hereby requested
       to lay out into a separate road district all that part of the Third Great
       Western Turnpike within the limits of the Village of Cazenovia for
       one year

NOTICE is given that the voters of the Town of Cazenovia are to meet at
       the house of William Hatch on June 2, 1814 to consider purchasing
       sufficient stock in the Cazenovia and German Turnpike to support the
       bridge near the mills of Fay and Richardson
