RESOLVED in February 1817 that the Town petition the Legislature for
       relief relative to a certain bridge over the mill pond near the mills
       owned by Messrs. Rowland (Rowling) and Talbot

RESOLVED that the Town petition the Legislature to collect a tax on the
       inhabitants of this town of $1500.00 for the purpose of rebuilding the
       bridge over the mill pond near the mills now owned and occupied by
       Messrs. Rowland (Rowling) and Talbot

RESOLVED in March 1817 to raise a sum of money to rebuild the bridge
       across the mill pond lately owned by Jonas Fay on the road leading
       from the village of Cazenovia south to Nelson, etc.
