Trustee Mtg.
At a meeting of Trustees of Fredonia Baptist Society held at the Clerks office January 10th, 1860.
On motion of D. Barrell, seconded, Resolved that we unanimously desire Rev. A. Wheelock to continue his relation as our Pastor.
Resolved, that in consideration of our present pecuniary condition, we request that our Pastors Salary be fixed at $800, for the current year, ending Oct. 1, 1860.
Resolved to adjourn.

13th or 38th Annual Meeting
At an Annual Meeting of the Fredonia Baptist Society held at Lecture room June 12th, 1860.
Present J.R. Parker, D. Barrell, L.B. Grant, G.W. Lewis, A.C. Guild & A.Z. Madison.
On motion of L.B. Grant, Resolved that David Barrell be chairman of this meeting.
Ballotted for three Trustees in the place of Joel R. Parker, Aaron Clark and Ira Fuller for full term each & found that Joel R. Parker, Aaron Clark and Geo. W. Lewis were each elected for three years term.
(J. R. Parker, Aaron Clark, Geo. W. Lewis Terms expire June 12, 1863.)
On nomination of L. B. Grant, Resolved that G.W. Lewis be collector for ensuing year, D.B. & L.B. agreeing to aid him.
Resolved to adjourn sine die.

At a meeting of the Trustees of the Fredonia Baptist Society held pursuant to previous notice at the study of Rev. A. Wheelock on the evening of Nov. 26, 1860,
Present John Hamilton Jr., chn; L.B. Grant; D. Barrell; J.R. Parker & Geo. W. Lewis Trustees & pastor & clk.
The object of the meeting was to look over the accts with Rev. A. Wheelock to ascertain the amount his due & c.
On comparing accounts, it was found that the balance due him on salaries for three years from Oct. 1, 1857 to Oct. 1, 1860 is $484.07.
On motion of L.B. Grant seconded by D. Barrell, Resolved that the clerk give Elder Wheelock a certificate of the bal. due him Oct. 1, 1860 which was done as follows viz.
$484.07 On the 26, Nov. 1860 the Trustees of Fredonia Baptist Society met at the study of Rev. A. Wheelock and settled the accounts with him for the three years from Oct. 1, 1857 to Oct. 1, 1860 and found a balance due him of Four hundred eighty four & 7/100 Dollars.

Investigated & consulted as to the outstanding accounts against the Society and found viz.

$810.22
Probably about $100 rents of slips to meet this.
On motion of L.B. Grant 2nd by D. Barrell, Resolved to circulate a subscription to procure $700 to pay the above.
On motion of L.B. Grant 2nd by D. Barrell, Resolved that Jno. Hamilton Jr. be a committee to circulate Subscriptions.
