The Gerry Circuit of the Methodist Episcopal Church became the Sinclairville
Circuit in 1853. This circuit became the Sinclairville Methodist
Episcopal Church. In the 1800's this congregation included residents
of Gerry, Charlotte, and Sinclairville, along with a few from other contiguous
locations.
