S. married a Mary RATHBONE / RATHBOUN, who was reported to have been a Cherokee Indian to my grandparents.

Harvey's sibs are cited as Joshua Jr. married Sarissa and Jemima who married Joshua PRATT. Cousin Leman H. TALCOTT who's father Joshua Jr bought Porter farm.

Historical documents i.d. Harvey was Postmaster of Smyrna 1829-1841, active in IOOF. Some trees say he had a son Dwight H. and a wife Mary but I have found no historical records.
