The data presented for this Cemetery is extracted from two sources. The earliest is from Volume 46 of the New York State Series of Cemetery, Church and Town Records of the D.A.R. of Norwich N.Y. The data was copied by Mrs. Cory Aldrich, Member of the Captain John Harris Chapter. The data was recorded about 1930. A second survey was done in 1981 by Thomas Lloyd and published in the booklet Gone But Not Forgotten, and is used with the kind permission of the City of Norwich which had authorized the work. Since these surveys were of the markers and stones present only, no attempt was made to verify or research the burials.
