The Town of Marlborough is very pleased to be a part of the World Wide Web and welcomes travellers to explore this exciting overview of our Town and Hamlets. After perusing the pages ahead I am sure that you will be as impressed with our unique community as I am.
Our community of 7500 residents is dotted with picturesque fruit farms where visitors are offered the opportunity to pick their own fruit and visit historic locations. We are also home to a number of wineries which offer the finest in New York State Wines. A visit to the tasting rooms will prove the outstanding quality.
Our hamlets of Marlborough and Milton offer several Bed and Breakfast opportunities in a small village rural setting. We are also proud of our dining opportunities ranging from Family Style Italian, Casual Home Cooking Diner, and Owner Operated Taverns to Formal Continental and Bistro style cuisine. You won't find chain restaurants in Marlborough but will find friendly and proud owners who do their own cooking and make serving you their priority.
Our Town borders the beautiful Hudson River and also is readily accessible via the nearby New York State Thruway and U. S. Route 84. There is ample space, both pre built and building sites, for businesses and industry to locate in our very affordable Town. We offer the convenience and beauty of a small town atmosphere, while at the same time being located within 10 miles of major roadways and Stewart International Airport.
Civic pride and community spirit run strong in our community with several active community groups, outstanding youth sports programs and clean quality schools.
