Charles Henry born 1823 and Hezekiah CULVER born in 1820. Both
were born in Waterloo, Seneca County, NY. Death certificate for Charles
Henry CULVER lists "Heziah" and "Nancy" Culver as his parents,
and Waterloo as his birth place. Hezekian died in 1873 in Waterloo (and
was married to Mary Ann Newberry.) Charles Henry died in Phelps, NY in
